Due to the cold winter weather, it has brought great inconvenience to the use and maintenance of some mechanical equipment. Not only is the engine difficult to start, but fuel consumption also increases, making it prone to icing. So using a detachable steam turbine insulation sleeve to effectively insulate and prevent freezing has become the key to the use of severe cold equipment.

1、 Detachable steam turbine insulation sleeve can enhance the insulation of the engine body

1. Mechanical equipment should be parked in the warehouse as much as possible, and doors and windows should be closed to prevent erosion and freezing by rain, snow, and ice.

2. When starting the engine, it is necessary to preheat the engine first, add about 60 degrees Celsius of hot water to the cooling system, discharge and slightly stop and add hot water until the machine temperature reaches 40 degrees Celsius, then release the lubricating oil, and then inject it into the engine after heating it with water (pay attention not to use open flames to directly heat the oil chassis), and use an electric flame preheater for a short period of time.

3. Cover the engine with a heat shield and cover, and if necessary, block the air with cardboard in front of the radiator.

4. Some engines are equipped with oil radiators, and the switch should be turned to the "winter" position to prevent oil from flowing through the oil contaminated radiator.

2、 Detachable steam turbine insulation sleeve to prevent frost cracking of components

1. After one day of operation, the small throttle should be operated for a few minutes and the standby temperature should be lowered before stalling and cooling water. Attention should not be paid to the operation of heavy oil 7 when fully loaded, sudden fire extinguishing, and immediate drainage to prevent cracking due to sudden cooling of the body. When draining water, open the water tank cover and all drain switches. Ensure that they are fully discharged. Not only in winter, but also in late autumn, early spring, and cold waves, when the temperature reaches below 5C, attention should be paid to water discharge.

2. In cold seasons, antifreeze should be added to the cooling water.

3. Regularly release water from the fuel tank and strictly prohibit water from mixing with diesel to prevent diesel from freezing.

4. Increase the proportion of battery electrolyte appropriately (up to 1 28--1 31). By supplementing the charging method, the battery is maintained in a fully charged state, so that it will not lose too much capacitance and freeze crack the battery casing due to low temperature.
